We need 15 grams of Shenqu, 10 grams of fried wheat germ, 10 grams of fried hawthorn, and 100 grams of rice. Pan fry the tangerine peel with water, add rice and cook it as porridge; or grind the dried tangerine peel to the end, take 3-5g each time and mix it into porridge for taking 1 dose per day. It is suitable for spleen and stomach qi stagnation, dyspepsia, abdominal distention, anorexia, nausea and vomiting, cough and phlegm, chest and diaphragm fullness and so on.
