Method steps

Tips

Spicy shrimps with skin

Method steps

1. Rinse the shrimps. Clean the black bean sprouts and cut off the roots. Clean the rape and break it into small flowers. Clean the mushrooms, remove the stalks, and cut into thicker slices.

2. Boil enough water in the pot, put in black bean sprouts and mushrooms, blanch and scald for 1 minute, take out and cool.

3. Method steps
