Of course, some people are not very comfortable to eat the internal organs of the flower beetle. When this kind of people eat the flower beetle, it is recommended to remove the internal organs of the flower beetle.
How to clean the internal organs of carapace
1. Clean the appearance of the flower armor and make it spit out the sand.
2. Boil a pot of hot water, add a little white wine, and pour the flower into it after the water boils.
3. Stir and cook for about 3 minutes, i.e. after the opening of the nail.
4. Take out the flower beetle quickly and cool it quickly with ice water.
5. Then pick up the flower armor and pick out its internal organs with toothpicks. The internal organs are in the middle of the shell and the meat, which are obviously brown.
6. After picking out the viscera, rinse it with cold water.
Can I eat the black part of flower armor
Strictly speaking, it's best not to eat. The black part of the flower armor is mostly sea mud, sand or humus. It's better not to eat the black things. If you can take them off, you can take them off. After all, it's sand. If you eat them, you still have teeth.
Of course, it's no problem to eat them, such as scallops, rainbow and clams. The flower beetle should be first raised with clear water. After the cultivation, the flower beetle should be boiled.
