Causes of physiological pelvic effusion

Causes of pathological pelvic effusion
If the effusion is more than 1 cm, it belongs to pathological pelvic effusion, which is often accompanied by the feeling of low abdomen, pain in the lower abdomen and lumbosacral region, decreased resistance, menstrual disorder, infertility and other problems. The specific reasons are as follows:
(1) Unclean menstruation
Pelvic effusion is often related to not paying attention to personal hygiene during menstruation, because when menstruation comes, the endometrium will fall off, the blood sinus inside the uterine cavity will be open, and there will be small blood clots, etc., which is very suitable for the growth of bacteria. If the personal hygiene is not in place, the use of unclean sanitary cotton or not replaced in time, menstrual sex, etc., can cause bacteria breeding, pelvic inflammation, pelvic effusion.
(2) Infected
In the case of postpartum, abortion operation, releasing (removing) ring operation, salpingography (fluid passing), if the sterilization is not strict during the operation, then it is easy to complicate infection after the operation.
