Just after 10 o'clock, Zhu arrived at Ding Pei's house and made a preliminary examination of Li Xiaolong. He found that Li Xiaolong was in a coma and couldn't wake up at all. He even stopped breathing, heartbeat and pulse.
Zhu described that at that time, Bruce Lee had a peaceful look, without any trace of suffering. He spent at least 10 minutes trying to make Bruce Lee regain consciousness, but it had no effect. Peng Desheng, a senior ambulance worker, found that Bruce Lee had no breath and pulse when he was doing the first-aid test. So he gave Bruce Lee artificial respiration and oxygen first-aid, but still failed to wake him up. On the way to the hospital, Peng Desheng continued to rescue Bruce Lee, but failed to wake him up.
At 11 o'clock that night, the ambulance arrived at Elizabethan hospital. The doctor on duty in the emergency room had Guangzhao immediately rescued Bruce Lee again. Bruce Lee still had no heartbeat and breath, and his pupils expanded, so he had no response to the strong light.
Dr. Zheng Baozhi of the emergency treatment unit also confirmed that when he checked Li Xiaolong at 11:00 that night, Li Xiaolong had no pulse or breath. Theoretically, Li Xiaolong could be confirmed dead, but considering the particularity of Li Xiaolong's identity, he still made an 'emergency intracardiac injection' with adrenaline for Li Xiaolong. But when the first autopsy reports came out, Bruce Lee had been buried. The most remarkable thing in the autopsy report is the trace amount of marijuana found in Bruce Lee's body.
