In terms of exhibition subsidies, micro enterprises included in the incubator can apply for booth subsidy if they participate in the citywide and above scale exhibition activities sponsored or directed by the municipal departments related to their production and operation activities. According to 70% of the actual booth fees paid by micro enterprises, each enterprise can enjoy up to 4 standard booth fees every year, up to 20000 yuan.
The new policy also stipulates that all micro enterprises in line with the state's "standard provisions for the classification of small and medium-sized enterprises" can participate in the empowerment and upgrading training. In 2018, Chongqing plans to launch 100 empowerment training sessions for 10000 people, which will be carried out according to the classification of practical training and comprehensive training, with the proportion of practical training no less than 80%.
