The rent standard of public rental housing invested and constructed by social forces shall be determined by reference to the market rent level. The property owner (lessor) may be responsible for it or entrust a third party to manage it.

Article 20 the municipal housing security department shall, together with the Municipal Industrial and commercial department, formulate the Zhuhai public rental housing lease contract, and implement the contract filing system for unified management. In principle, the term of the lease contract between the property right unit and the lessee shall be 3 years, with a maximum of 5 years. If it is necessary to renew the lease, its qualification shall be reexamined. It is not allowed to sign a long-term lease contract and transfer the right of use in disguised form.

Article 21: during the operation period of public rental housing invested and constructed by social forces, if compensation for demolition and relocation is needed due to the recovery of state-owned land or the collection of rural land, the housing shall be calculated according to the market replacement price, and the land shall still be compensated according to the original land property and income standard.

For the public rental housing rented to the society and operated and managed by enterprises, its access conditions and exit mechanism shall be integrated into the government management in accordance with the relevant provisions of the measures of Zhuhai Municipality for the administration of public rental housing, and the lessee qualification regular review system shall be implemented. After review, if the security conditions are no longer met, the lease contract shall be terminated and the lessee shall return the public rental housing.
