According to the Circular of the Ministry of human resources and social security and the Ministry of Finance on adjusting the basic pension of enterprise retirees in 2015 (hsbf [2015] No. 6), with the consent of the provincial people's government, the basic pension of retirees of enterprises (including other units participating in the basic pension insurance of enterprise employees) in the whole province will be adjusted from January 1, 2015. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Adjust time
Adjusted from January 1, 2015.
2、 Adjust objects
Enterprise retirees who have received basic pension before December 31, 2014 (including this day).
For the enterprise retirees who receive basic pension for the first time from January to June 2015, when the monthly standard for receiving basic pension for the first time is approved, the adjustment shall be made according to the measures at the same time, and the increased amount shall be released from the month when receiving basic pension for the first time.
3、 Adjust scale
The adjusted proportion is determined according to about 10% of the per capita basic pension of enterprise retirees in 2014.
4、 Adjustment method
According to the principle of combination of general adjustment and appropriate tilt, the method of combination of quota adjustment and fixed ratio adjustment is adopted, and the tilt population is determined according to the requirements of national documents.
