Rt said that according to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), the Russian Far East suffered a strong earthquake with a magnitude of 7.5, and the waters near the Kuril Islands were also affected.
The earthquake was felt in the whole (Russian Far East) region on the afternoon of the 25th local time, the report said. At present, there are no reports of casualties and property losses.
In addition, rt said the earthquake also triggered a tsunami warning in Hawaii 5600 kilometers away.
