Avatar sequel stopped shooting, and it's not sure when it will return to work

In March 17th, according to foreign media reports, the sequel to Afanda's work in New Zealand was not yet confirmed when COVID-19 stopped.

Producer Jon Landau said that the whole shooting of the sequel to be carried out in April was stopped. Although the shooting cannot be carried out, the management of the film will stay in Los Angeles to continue working, and the post special effects are still being done. Landau said that now we are facing a global crisis, not just the film industry. Everyone needs to do their best to alleviate the epidemic.

Avatar 2 was originally scheduled to be released in North America on December 17, 2021, and avatar 3 was released on December 22, 2023. There are 4 and 5 behind.
