List of China's best universities in 2018 (all)
The 2018 China University Evaluation Research Report - China college entrance examination volunteer filling guide (Alumni Association version) has been compiled. The report published the top 1200 Chinese universities in 2018, among which Peking University and Tsinghua University have the strongest comprehensive strength, ranking second for 11 consecutive years; Zhejiang University, Fudan University and Renmin University of China rank third to fifth respectively. In addition, among the top 100 universities, there are 87 double top universities.
It is reported that this is the 16th consecutive year that iResearch China Alumni Association has released the ranking of Chinese universities. This year's ranking evaluation index system includes nine series of indicators, namely, teaching quality (27.97%), outstanding teachers (13.21%), disciplines (10.88%), scientific research achievements (17.09%), scientific research projects (7.77%), scientific research bases (6.99%), school level (1.17%), social reputation (10.49%) and international influence (1.49%) 4.43%).
According to the latest 2018 star ranking of Chinese universities by Alumni Association, Tsinghua University, Peking University, Renmin University of China, Fudan University and Nanjing university rank among the top five universities in China in 2018, ranking among the eight star universities and seven star universities in China in 2018. Dalian University of technology, Beijing University of science and technology, northwest Polytechnic University, Northeast University and South China University of technology ranked the top five universities in China in 2018; Wuhan University of science and technology, Southwest University, Beijing Jiaotong University, Nanjing Normal University and Nanjing University of technology ranked the top five high-level universities in China in 2018; Qilu University of technology, Shandong Normal University, Jiangxi Normal University, Shandong Normal University Agricultural University and Qingdao University are among the top five top universities in China in 2018.

Other top 20 universities in 2018 are Tianjin University, Huazhong University of science and technology, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Harbin University of technology, Zhongshan University, Jilin University, Sichuan University, National Defense University of science and technology, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing Normal University, etc.
