Full text of response from Xianyang North Road Street, Hongqiao District, Tianjin:

On the 28th, it was found that some netizens posted a video of physical conflict in a community in our street on Sina Weibo, which was verified and disposed of at the first time. The situation is described as follows:

On the 28th, when the comprehensive law enforcement of our street and the property company jointly cleaned up the sundries stacked in Zhangwu building community, the personnel of the property company had a physical conflict with the elderly in the video. After the on-site coordination of the community leader, the property company and the staff apologized to the elderly and got the understanding of the elderly. Our street has interviewed the person in charge of the property company and instructed the staff to deal with it seriously.

It is understood that the video reflects the long-term and repeated stacking of waste products at the site, and the property company has conducted cash repurchase for many times, but the surrounding people still reflect the existence of fire hazards. The elderly involved in the video also said that the waste products will be sold by themselves and will no longer be stacked in a centralized manner, so we can jointly create a good living environment for residents.
