The reporter saw at the scene that at present, there are two experts receiving telephone consultation, one from Xia Feng, deputy chief physician of the emergency and critical Department of Shanghai First People's Hospital, and the other from Tang Zhenghao, chief physician of the infection department of Shanghai Sixth People's hospital.

Fever consultation lines are 33672885 and 33682885. 60 experts from 15 municipal medical institutions in Shanghai are stationed in Xuhui District Central Hospital to provide 24-hour consultation services. The platform mainly carries out online consultation for people with respiratory symptoms.

According to the current 24-hour shift arrangement, there are three shifts in total within 24 hours. Experts take turns to answer calls. The day shift is from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., the middle shift is from 4 p.m. to 0 a.m., and the night shift is from 0 a.m. to 8 a.m. the day shift and the middle shift are arranged with two experts, and the night shift is arranged with one. Subsequent adjustments may still be made according to the call situation.

According to the workflow of the consultation platform on the front line, patients with relevant epidemiological history and clinical symptoms need to record relevant information, timely provide the list of fever clinics of medical institutions, and guide them to the fever clinics of physical hospitals.

If there is no relevant epidemiological history, combined with relevant medical records and medical examination results (such as blood examination, imaging examination, pharyngeal swab examination, etc.), if it is preliminarily judged to be a typical cold, it can be suggested that the patient should be treated in isolation at home and provide some suggestions on treatment and medication; If it is preliminarily determined that it is necessary to go to a physical hospital, the patient can be provided with the corresponding appointment method of medical institutions.
