What is pregnancy induced hypertension? What are the symptoms of pregnancy induced hypertension?

How to deal with pregnancy induced hypertension? For many expectant mothers, pregnancy induced hypertension is likely to occur during pregnancy, so what are the symptoms of pregnancy induced hypertension? Let's take a look at it with Xiaobian!

1. Mild PIH: the main clinical manifestation is mild elevation of blood pressure, with mild proteinuria and / or edema, which can last for days to weeks, or gradually develop, or rapidly deteriorate.

(1) hypertension: before or 20 weeks of pregnancy, the blood pressure (i.e. basic blood pressure) of pregnant women is not high, but after 20 weeks of pregnancy, the blood pressure begins to rise & Ge; 18.7/12kpa (140 / 90mmHg), or the systolic pressure exceeds the original basic blood pressure by 4kPa (30mmhg), and the diastolic pressure exceeds the original basic blood pressure by 2KPa (150mmhg).

(2) albuminuria: the appearance of albuminuria is often a little later than the rise of blood pressure, and the quantity is small, which is not available at the beginning.

2. Moderate PIH: the blood pressure is higher than that of mild PIH, but not more than 21.3 / 14.6kpa (160 / 110mmhg); urinary protein () indicates that the amount of urinary protein is more than 0.5g within 24 hours; no conscious symptoms.

3. Severe PIH: further development of the disease. The blood pressure can be as high as 21.3/14.6kpa (160 / 110mmhg) or higher; the amount of protein in urine can be as high as 5g or more in 24 hours; there can be different degrees of edema, and a series of self-conscious symptoms appear. This stage can be divided into pre eclampsia and eclampsia.

(1) preeclampsia: on the basis of hypertension and albuminuria, the patient has headache, eyesight, nausea, pain in the stomach area and vomiting. These symptoms indicate the further deterioration of the condition, especially the further development of intracranial lesions, indicating that convulsions will occur, so they are called pre eclampsia.

(2) eclampsia: on the basis of preeclampsia, there is convulsion or coma, which is called eclampsia. In a few cases, the disease progressed rapidly, the signs of preeclampsia were not obvious and convulsions occurred suddenly. The typical seizure process of eclampsia is that the eyeball is fixed first, the pupil is enlarged, the head is turned to one side immediately, the teeth are closed tightly, then the angle of mouth and facial muscles vibrate, and then the whole body and limbs become myotonic after a few seconds, the hands are held tightly, the arms are bent, and strong twitch occurs rapidly.
