Tangshan launched the first shot of real estate sales restriction in 2020. On January 4, according to the official wechat of Tangshan Internet Information Office, recently, the office of Tangshan Municipal People's government issued a notice on matters related to strengthening the sales management of commercial houses in downtown areas (Lunan District, Lubei District and high tech Zone), which standardized the sales of commercial houses by real estate development enterprises and the sales of commercial houses by real estate intermediary service agencies.
The notice clearly states that buyers who purchase new commercial houses shall not be listed for trading within 42 months from the date of online signing. Zhang Dawei, chief analyst of Zhongyuan Real estate, said that so far, the national sales restrictions are for real estate registration certificates, and only Tangshan is for online signing.
