JAL introduces female trousers uniforms, and employees can freely choose trousers and skirts

According to overseas network reported on December 2, JR East Japan (railway company) recently announced that it will comprehensively unify employee uniforms and abolish female skirts from May 2020. Japan Airlines also announced that it would introduce women's trousers and uniforms for the first time in April 2020.

It can be seen from the new uniforms of various staff released by Japan Airlines (JAL), in addition to dresses, female cabin attendants have adopted trouser style for the first time, and employees can choose freely. For the first time, the pilot uniform was designed for women. The announced uniform will be officially used in April 2020.

According to a survey by the Japan Airlines alliance, 61.6% of the 1623 flight attendants said they had been 'photographed' or 'thought they had been photographed although they could not be confirmed'.

Japanese professional women working in hospitals, shopping malls, hotels and other places have also voiced their voices, calling for the abolition of the poor sex of uniforms and allowing women who need to wear uniforms to work to choose more convenient trousers.
