The relevant information is reported as follows: after investigation, at about 16:00 on November 23, 2019, the 110 alarm service desk of the Municipal Public Security Bureau received a report from Ms. Wang that it was suspected that her son Han was abused by her stepmother Wang. After receiving the alarm, the Municipal Public Security Bureau immediately organized relevant police types to investigate. After questioning the party concerned, Wang Moumou confessed that since June 2019, he has abused Han Moumou many times by means of boxing and mouth biting, resulting in multiple injuries to Han Moumou's body.
At present, the suspect Wang Mou has been arrested by law for criminal detention, and the case is being further investigated. At the same time, the Municipal Women's Federation has coordinated the women's legal service center to provide legal aid to Ms. Wang, the biological mother of the child. On November 23, Ms. Wang from Yantai, Shandong Province, reported to the police that she suspected that her 3-year-old son had been abused by her stepmother. The video provided by Ms. Wang shows that her son has multiple bruises and tooth marks, and there are suspected burn scars on the soles of his feet.
Today (November 26), Ms. Wang told the Beijing news that she and her ex husband divorced in October last year, her daughter belonged to her, and 3-year-old Han Moumou (the boy involved) followed her ex husband. Previously, her ex husband refused to visit her son many times. A few days ago, at her own insistence, she saw her son.
Ms. Wang told the Beijing News, "the child has always been taken by the stepmother. I went to see the child on Saturday (November 23). I felt that the child was not right. I was mentally ill. I found that (the child was abused) when I took it home."
According to Ms. Wang, the boy had injuries all over his body. "His body was bruised and had bite marks. His arms, legs, chest and back, including the soles of his feet, mouth and head, all had bruises." Ms. Wang said that when she found the scars on her son, she questioned the child's father, but the other party said "I don't know" and hadn't found it before. In desperation, Ms. Wang chose to call the police and hoped to seek an explanation for her son through the law.
