China Import Expo is the first national exhibition with import as the theme in the world. The second China International Import Expo was held in the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) from November 5 to 10, 2019. 1. National comprehensive exhibition
The national comprehensive exhibition covers an exhibition area of 30000 square meters. At present, 61 countries have confirmed to participate in the exhibition, and 15 countries such as France and Italy have confirmed to be the guest of honor. The second China Pavilion will continue to be set up to focus on the theme of the 70th anniversary of the founding of new China and show China's achievements in economic and social development and new opportunities in the new era.
2. Enterprise business exhibition
There are 7 exhibition areas in the enterprise business exhibition, including science and technology life, automobile, equipment, medical devices and medical care, quality life, service trade, food and agricultural products. The features are as follows:
First, the exhibition scale is larger. The exhibition area has been expanded twice to more than 300000 square meters, which is still difficult to find in one exhibition.
Second, the exhibition scope is wider. At present, more than 3000 enterprises from more than 150 countries and regions have participated in the exhibition, and the number of participating countries, regions and enterprises has exceeded that of the first session.
Third, the exhibition area is better. The newly set special area for new consumer goods has added themes such as pension, outdoor exhibition area and outdoor automobile 'driverless' activity area.
Fourth, the exhibition quality is higher. The average exhibition area of exhibitors reached 93 square meters, an increase of more than 20% over the first session. More than 250 of the world's top 500 and industry leading enterprises have signed up for the exhibition. The first new products and technologies are also expected to surpass the first.
3. Hongqiao Forum
With the theme of "openness, innovation and win-win cooperation", the forum will invite dignitaries of relevant countries and heads of international organizations to deliver speeches. The topics of the four sub forums were 'opening, regulation and business environment', 'artificial intelligence and innovative development', 'WTO reform and free trade agreement' and 'digital age and innovative development of e-commerce'. Each sub forum was set up with two links: guest speech and interactive discussion.
