1、 Introduction to Huang Wenxiu
Huang Wenxiu (April 18, 1989 - June 17, 2019), born in duoliutun, de'ai village, Babel Township, Tianyang County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, was a 2016 directional transfer student in Guangxi and a master of law from Beijing Normal University. He was the deputy section chief of the Publicity Department of Baise municipal Party committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the first Secretary of Baini village, Xinhua Town, Leye County.
On March 26, 2018, Huang Wenxiu came to Baini village, Xinhua Town, Leye County, Baise City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the first Secretary of the village. On the evening of June 16, 2019, Huang Wenxiu suffered a mountain torrent on his way back to Leye from Baise and died on duty at the age of 30.

He was born in duoliutun, de'ai village, Babel Township, Tianyang County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on April 18, 1989.
He graduated from Beijing Normal University in 2016 with a master's degree in law. After graduation, he returned to his hometown Baise and worked in the Publicity Department of Baise municipal Party committee.
On March 26, 2018, Huang Wenxiu came to Baini village, Xinhua Town, Leye County, Baise City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the first Secretary of the village. She is also the first female first Secretary of the village.
In 2018, Huang Wenxiu led the whole village to extricate 56 people from 18 households, 152 people from 28 households through education, 209 people from 42 households through development and production, totaling 417 people from 88 households.
On the evening of June 16, 2019, Huang Wenxiu encountered mountain torrents on his way back to Leye from Baise. After 1 a.m. on June 17, Huang Wenxiu lost contact. At noon on June 18, search and rescue personnel found Huang Wenxiu's body in the downstream river and confirmed that he died on duty.
