The logo has three slashes between '6' and 'g', indicating that the speed of 6G network will become faster. It was submitted to the EU Intellectual Property Office on October 22, 2019.
Vivo's 6G network logo is divided into 9 / 38 / 42 categories. Some descriptions include smart phones, computer software, wearable devices, headphones, cellular phone communication, mobile phone communication services, mobile telecom network services and research in the field of telecom technology.
Although the application of 5g network has just begun, vivo said that data will grow explosively in the next few decades and new communication technologies are needed to face a new wave of challenges.
It is reported that the EU has launched a project called Terranova in 2017, which is mainly used for follow-up products of 5g network. The 6G network speed will reach 1TB per second and the delay is almost zero. It is very suitable for games, VR and AR applications. It is expected that the first batch of products supporting 6G network will come out in 2030.
