Hot water or cold water for face washing

Usually, we wash our faces at home at will, which leads to sometimes the washing is not very clean. Today, let the experts tell you that it's better to wash your face with cold water or hot water. Let's have a look.

From a medical point of view, oily and mixed skin is best washed with warm hot water, which can make pores open and is more conducive to deep cleaning. The biggest advantage of cold water washing is to tighten pores suddenly, which is good for skin health. Wash your face in cold water for a long time and you will find that you are not afraid of cold. Some people insist on taking a cold bath when they are young. They seldom wear it in winter and don't get sick. The disadvantage is not conducive to cleaning pores.

If the facial oil is not very strong, and the skin is normal, the most healthy washing method is: use warm water to rub the cleanser into foam, massage gently for 1 minute, and massage the T-shaped part emphatically. Rinse the foam thoroughly and then beat your face with cold water. If the skin is very sensitive, it is not recommended to wash the face with cold water, because it will stimulate the skin, and warm water is more appropriate.

Determine the water temperature of face washing according to the nature of skin

Oily skin: drip white vinegar into 'warm water' when washing face, which can effectively clean excessive sebum, desquamation and dust on the skin, make the skin smooth and beautiful, and reduce pore blockage.

Dry skin: add a few drops of honey to the rose soaked water, wet the whole face, and pat it dry with your hands. In this way, the face can be moistened, smooth and delicate after repeated 2-3 times every night.

Neutral skin: wash face with cold water at night, steam face with hot water for a while, and then dry it gently.

Aging skin: wash your face with cold water in the morning, and add some salt, preferably sea salt; you can also wash your face with cold tea or add fresh juice into the wash water.
