In 2020, the new year's Day expressway will not be free. According to the implementation plan for exemption of minibus tolls on major holidays issued by the state, the time range of free passage is four national legal holidays such as Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, labor day and national day, as well as the rest days of the above legal holidays determined by the documents of the general office of the State Council in that year.

Spring Festival: 7 days from 0:00 on January 24 (Friday) to 24:00 on January 30 (Thursday);
Qingming Festival: from 0:00 on April 4 (Saturday) to 24:00 on April 6 (Monday), a total of 3 days;
Labor Day: from 0:00 on May 1 (Friday) to 24:00 on May 3 (Sunday), a total of 3 days;
National Day: 8 days from 0:00 on October 1 (Thursday) to 24:00 on October 8 (Thursday).
The Qingming Festival in 2020 coincides with Saturday, and the specific free time of the State Council may be changed. The national day and the Mid Autumn Festival are the same day, and the two festivals are celebrated together. The last double festival met in 2001, and the next one will wait until 2031.
