Due to the sudden flood in the upstream, the river water level rose rapidly in a short time, and 6 people were trapped in the river, including 1 minor. At the critical moment, some tourists called the police.

After receiving the alarm, Yichang Yiling District public security organ, fire department and other rescue personnel immediately went to the scene for rescue. During the rescue, 3 fire engines, 1 rubber boat, 4 police vehicles, and 54 public security police, fire rescue personnel and relevant staff were dispatched. Subsequently, the public security organ took six people to the police station to inquire and verify the relevant situation.
