Soon, the police caught Qin, a suspected man living in Xingdian street, Pukou District, according to clues. After trial, Qin confessed to his illegal behavior. He explained that what he showed for the first time was a fake payment page, and he didn't intend to pay at all. At present, Qin has been taken into administrative detention, and the case is under further trial.
