According to preliminary estimates, the sales price of newly-built commercial housing in the four first tier cities increased by 0.3% month on month, an increase of 0.1 percentage points over the previous month. Among them, Beijing and Guangzhou increased by 0.6% and 0.3% respectively, Shenzhen was flat, and Shanghai decreased by 0.1%.

Second hand housing sales prices rose 0.3% month on month, flat last month. Among them, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen increased by 0.4%, 0.4% and 0.7% respectively, and Beijing decreased by 0.3%.

The sales price of newly-built commercial housing in 31 second tier cities increased by 0.7% month on month, down 0.1 percentage points from the previous month; The sales price of second-hand houses rose by 0.4%, an increase of 0.1 percentage points over the previous month.

The sales prices of new commercial houses and second-hand houses in 35 third tier cities increased by 0.7% month on month, the same as last month.
