Tourists who have purchased tickets for Shanghai Disneyland on August 10, 2019 can visit Shanghai Disneyland on any day in the next six months (i.e. before and including February 10, 2020). During the visit, tourists can present the original ID card or travel document used when purchasing the park ticket on August 10, 2019 at the gate of the park entrance in exchange for the ticket of the day.
Tourists who have purchased tickets for the Chinese version of the musical beauty and the beast on August 10, 2019 can contact the original ticket purchase channel for rescheduling or refund. The fun bubble summer mobilization activity originally scheduled for August 11 has also been cancelled.
