The implementation of electronic medical records in Hangzhou requires only one mobile phone

the reporter learned from Hangzhou Medical Security Bureau that from August 1, Hangzhou will officially promote the use of electronic medical records by medical insurance participants within the scope of more than 6000 designated medical institutions in the urban area, and gradually replace the traditional paper certificate calendar with electronic medical records.

Shi Lianzhong, director of Hangzhou Medical Security Bureau, said that the records of traditional paper-based medical records are generally relatively simple, and it is also troublesome to query historical medical records. Compared with paper-based medical records, the contents of electronic medical records are more clear and complete in terms of medical treatment process, medication, inspection and conclusion.

It is understood that since August 1, the electronic medical record has been first implemented in 11 urban public hospitals in Hangzhou, and the full coverage of more than 6000 designated medical institutions in Hangzhou will be completed by the end of this year. From August 1, 2019 to the end of March 2020, it will be the parallel stage of paper certificate calendar and electronic medical record. From April 1, 2020, the medical security department will no longer issue paper certificate calendar.

After the implementation of electronic medical record book, people do not need to bring citizen card and medical insurance certificate calendar for medical treatment. As long as a mobile phone is enough. Through mobile phone Alipay, citizen card and Zhejiang lane, three App related social security cards can be made on the mobile phone or registered on the hospital self-service machine. After taking the number, take the registration form to the door of the consulting room, scan the code through the sign in machine, and wait for the doctor's call after signing in; After entering the clinic, show the doctor the QR code of the electronic social security card on the mobile phone. After the doctor scans the code with the machine, he can complete the steps of medical treatment and settlement in the clinic.

Chen miner, director of the medical insurance office of Hangzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, mentioned that, especially in the medical insurance audit window of the hospital, the original outpatient expense audit required patients to show their certificates, calendars and other materials. Now they can be consulted by computer, patients do not need to wait at the window, and hospitals in provinces and cities will realize regional sharing of electronic medical records.

"Electronic medical record is an innovative application of information technology in the process of urban medical and health social governance. It is of great significance to further improve the efficiency of medical services, improve people's medical experience and improve the level of medical insurance supervision." Shi Lianzhong said.
