According to the announcement, in order to strengthen the quality management of scenic spots, improve the quality of scenic spots and purify the tourism consumption environment, according to the national standards of the people's Republic of China, the division and evaluation of quality grades of scenic spots (GB / T 17775-2003) and the measures for the management of quality grades of scenic spots, and according to the annual review results of 5A scenic spots, the Ministry of culture and tourism decided, The 7 5A tourist attractions that fail to meet the standards or have serious problems in the review and inspection are handled as follows:
（1） Give Qiaojia courtyard scenic spot in Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, cancel the quality grade of scenic spot;
（2） Six scenic spots, including Shenyang Botanical garden scenic spot in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, Yandang Mountain scenic spot in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, Yuntai Mountain scenic spot in Jiaozuo, Henan Province, Yannanfei tea field scenic spot in Meizhou, Guangdong Province, Emei Mountain scenic spot in Leshan, Sichuan Province and Shilin scenic spot in Kunming, Yunnan Province, were criticized and ordered to rectify and deal with within a time limit of 3 months.
