Nanjing Railway Public Security Department recently seized a case of malicious ticket evasion. A man took 117 malicious tickets by buying 'two tickets'.
According to the information disclosed by Nanjing Railway Public Security Department, at about 7 p.m. on July 9, the police on duty at Nanjing South Railway Station found a man acting suspiciously. When leaving Nanjing South Railway Station, he was holding a ticket for d3042 Shanghai Hongqiao Kunshan South Railway Station. Cross examination revealed that he still had a ticket for d3042 from Jiangnan Town to South Nanjing in his bag, but there was no ticket for the section from Kunshan south to Jiangnan Town.
After being found, the man finally admitted that there was ticket evasion. He took a bullet train from Shanghai to Nanjing, but only bought short-distance tickets from Shanghai Hongqiao to Kunshan South and Zhenjiang South to Nanjing South, while the middle Kunshan south to zhenjiangnan district did not buy tickets, saving about 69 yuan.
Further investigation by the police found that since January 2018, the man has maliciously evaded tickets 117 times by buying 'two tickets', involving an amount of more than 8000 yuan.
At present, the man has been criminally detained for constituting fraud.
