They are all Chinese employees, and one of the injured was discharged from the hospital on the 22nd.

According to the announcement issued by the Singapore Civil Defense Force, a fire broke out at a liquefied petroleum gas plant on jalambro road in Jurong West at about 17:30 on the 21st. The civil defense force dispatched 120 fire officers and soldiers, 35 fire engines and 7 high-pressure water guns to fight the fire. At about 19:30 on the same day, the fire was controlled.

Colonel Zhuo Yingjie, commander of the fourth division of the civil defense force, said in an interview with the media on the 21st: "when we arrived at the scene, the fire was very fierce, and there was an explosion at the scene. The fire involved LPG barrels of different sizes."

The LPG plant is owned by UnionPay energy group of Singapore. At present, the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
