On May 11, while walking near the school, four students of Jiangxi Industrial Engineering Vocational and technical college found a reddish brown stone in a waste dump.
The students reported the situation to the local museum. After on-site inspection by experts, it was confirmed that there were 6 dinosaur egg fossils in this stone. Museum staff said it could be determined that it was a dinosaur fossil in the late Cretaceous
