If it has been more than 15 years and the driving mileage has not reached 600000 km, the vehicle needs to be inspected twice a year, and the unqualified vehicle will be forcibly scrapped;
2. The service life of the taxi is 8 years, and when the time comes, it will be forcibly guided to scrap;
3. Domestic pickup trucks shall be scrapped for 15 years;
4. The service life of medium-sized taxi passenger cars is 10 years. When the service life is up, they are forced to be scrapped;
5. The service life of heavy, medium and light trucks is 15 years. When the time comes, they will be forced to be scrapped;
6. The service life of semi-trailer tractor is 15 years. When the time comes, it will be forcibly guided and scrapped;
7. The service life of mini truck is 12 years. When the time comes, it is mandatory to guide scrapping.
A registered motor vehicle shall be forcibly scrapped under any of the following circumstances, and its owner shall sell the motor vehicle to the scrapped motor vehicle recycling and dismantling enterprise, which shall register, dismantle and destroy the scrapped motor vehicle according to regulations, and submit the scrapped motor vehicle registration certificate, number plate and driving license to the Traffic Management Department of the public security organ for cancellation:
1. Reaching the specified service life for scrapping;
2. After repair and adjustment, it still fails to meet the relevant requirements of the national standards for motor vehicle safety technology for in-service vehicles;
3. After repair and adjustment or adoption of control technology, the emission of pollutants or noise into the atmosphere still does not meet the relevant requirements of national standards for in use vehicles;
4. Failing to obtain the motor vehicle inspection qualification mark within three consecutive motor vehicle inspection cycles after the expiration of the inspection validity period.
If there is no annual inspection for three consecutive annual review cycles, it is forced to be scrapped
According to the rules of the code for forced scrapping of motor vehicles: motor vehicles that fail to obtain the passing mark of motor vehicle inspection within three consecutive motor vehicle inspection cycles after the expiration of the inspection validity period shall be forced to be scrapped. If the vehicle is forcibly scrapped and then driven on the road, the driver will be fined 2000 yuan and his driving qualification will be revoked.
Note: three consecutive annual inspection cycles are not necessarily three years. This is mainly calculated according to the actual inspection cycle of the vehicle. For example, for those more than 15 years, the inspection cycle is half a year. If the owner fails to go to the annual inspection for three consecutive times (i.e. within one and a half years), it will also be forcibly scrapped!
