With the consent of the municipal government, the city will adjust the minimum wage standard from April 1, 2019. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 The monthly minimum wage was adjusted from 2420 yuan to 2480 yuan. The following items shall not be part of the monthly minimum wage and shall be paid separately by the employer:

(1) Pay for extended working hours.

(2) Mid night shift allowance, summer high temperature allowance and post allowance under special working environment such as toxic and harmful.

(3) Food allowance, commuter transportation allowance and housing allowance.

(4) Social insurance premiums and housing accumulation funds paid by individuals according to law.

2、 The hourly minimum wage was adjusted from 21 yuan to 22 yuan. The hourly minimum wage does not include the social insurance premiums paid by individuals and units according to law.

3、 The monthly minimum wage is applicable to full-time employed workers, and the hourly minimum wage is applicable to part-time employed workers.
