1. Fill in the application form for mainland residents to travel to and from Taiwan. In addition to filling in personal data, pay attention to:

2. Provide the following information: fill in one application form: the applicant is required to fill in the application and approval form for mainland residents to travel to and from Taiwan in person. It is required to fill in truthfully: one inspection receipt and one photo: the inspection receipt of digital photos of Beijing Entry-Exit documents for handling passes must be valid within one month (2-inch color photos on white background), and one photo consistent with the receipt shall be pasted on the form.

To apply for a pass to and from Taiwan, residents only need to submit an application form for entry-exit documents of Chinese citizens, and photos of resident identity cards that meet the standards of the guidelines for photos of entry-exit documents. When handling, the public security entry-exit administration department will no longer check the household register, and the applicant will no longer submit copies of relevant certificates.

Application procedures

(1) Submit the application and approval form for mainland residents to travel to and from Taiwan, which is completed and pasted with the photos of the applicant (see the standard). For the first application, two photos of the same specification must be submitted.

(2) Submit the original of the applicant's resident ID card and residence booklet for inspection and submit a copy. The applicant only needs to submit the residence booklet under the age of 16.

(3) Submit the list of team tourism certificates issued by group travel agencies with tourism qualification to Taiwan.

(4) The tour group leader's application for certificates and endorsement shall be uniformly submitted by the tour group agency to the entry-exit administration department of the public security organ where the tour group agency is located, and the official letter issued by the tour group agency and the tour leader's card to Taiwan shall be submitted for inspection. For applications from other places, the examination and approval authority shall send a letter to the public security organ in the place where the registered permanent residence is located to check the relevant conditions and handle them.

(5) State functionaries registered for filing shall submit their applications after going through the examination and approval procedures in accordance with the authority of organization and personnel management.

(6) If the holder loses his certificate, he shall apply to the entry-exit administration department of the public security organ at the municipal or prefecture (city) level that originally accepted the application for reissue, and submit the certificate issued by the police organ where the certificate is reported to have been lost.

(7) If the period of validity of the certificate is less than 6 months or the period of validity of the endorsement applied for exceeds the period of validity of the certificate, the inner pages of the certificate shall be used up. If the certificate is damaged, it shall apply for renewal and submit the original pass for mainland residents to and from Taiwan. If the certificate is damaged, it shall submit a description of the damage of the certificate.

(8) If the applicant submits an application to the entry-exit administration department in person, but the applicant is under the age of 16, the guardian shall accompany or handle it on his behalf, and submit the original and copy of the guardian's ID card and the corresponding materials that can prove the guardianship relationship; When the applicant is over 70 years old, he / she can entrust his / her immediate family members or other guardians to do it on his / her behalf, and must submit the power of attorney, the original and copy of the agent's ID card.
