1、 The individual payment object only accepts endowment insurance now
Anyone who has reemployment in the registered residence of the city has one of the following circumstances: I can go through the social insurance payment procedure at the personal payment window.
（1） Employees engaged in individual economic activities or employed by individual economic organizations;
（2） Employees employed in mainland enterprises;
（3） Self employed employees.
Non above personnel cannot pay at the personal window.
2、 Materials to be provided during payment:
（1） The original and copy of my ID card;
（2） Individual industrial and commercial households shall provide a copy of their business license;
（3） If employed by an individual, a copy of the business license of the individual and the employer's certificate shall be provided;
（4） Employees of enterprises in the mainland must provide copies of business licenses and unit certificates, or labor contracts or payroll;
（5） For self-employed employees, produce the certificates of the parties with whom they have economic relations, such as the paid industrial and commercial administration fee documents, tax registration and tax payment documents, etc;
（6） For the first-time insured, the original and copy of the transfer order or household register shall be provided.
（7） Personal passbook for opening an account with China Construction Bank.
3、 Payment procedure
（1） Get the application form for individual payment of social insurance and fill it out truthfully as required. If false information is provided, the person must bear the responsibility arising therefrom alone;
（2） Payment procedures can only be handled after being approved by the operator of our bureau;
（3） If the bank chooses to collect payment, it shall sign the collection agreement and provide the name and account of the bank where the individual savings is opened.
（4） For those who choose to pay in cash, they shall pay in CCB on the first floor of the building with the payment (Collection) form, then go to the financial office of our bureau with the payment (Collection) form to seal, and finally go back to the personal payment window for confirmation.
4、 Payment standard of endowment insurance:
According to 60% - 300% of the average monthly salary of urban employees in the city in the previous year, the rate in 2001 was 14%.
5、 Time of accepting individual payment application:
From the 1st to the 15th of each month.
