The wage standard is based on the minimum wage standard of our province, 70% of the Provincial employment subsidy fund and no less than 30% of the local financial supporting subsidy fund.
On June 6, 2017, Qinghai Province issued the notice of Qinghai Provincial People's Government on adjusting the minimum wage standard of the whole province (Qing Zheng [2017] No. 41). This notice will come into force as of May 1, 2017. The monthly minimum wage is adjusted to 1500 yuan / person per month, and the hourly minimum wage is adjusted to 15.2 yuan / person per hour.
2. Shaanxi Province: no new documents have been issued in 2019. Here, refer to the administrative measures for the development of public welfare posts in Shaanxi Province issued on December 29, 2018, which will be implemented from March 1, 2019. On March 23, 2017, Shaanxi Province issued the notice on adjusting the minimum wage standard of Shaanxi Province (Shaanxi renshefa [2017] No. 13), which will be implemented from May 1, 2017. 3. Chongqing: no new document was issued in 2019.
