Practical tips:
(1) The "Datong card" should be handled at the Public Security Bureau, with a fee of 80 yuan and a validity period of 10 years. The G endorsement for individual travel (a single fee of 15 yuan) is valid for 6 months. The entry permit issued by Taiwan must be handled by a qualified travel agency or visa company, and certain documents and corresponding financial certificates must be paid. The entry permit is valid for 3 months, and the stay time is 16 days and 15 nights.
(2) It's best to prepare for Taiwan pass and entry permit at least one month before departure, otherwise you can't start on time.
3、 Apply for the permit for mainland residents to and from Taiwan / endorsement
The applicant goes to the exit Entry Administration Office of the registered residence office to handle the travel endorsement (G) of the mainland residents' travel permit to Taiwan. It is generally 15 working days. The time is based on the requirements of all localities. The cost of Taiwan pass is 80 yuan (10 years), and the signature is 15 yuan each time.

4、 Taiwan entry permit handling / introduction to Taiwan entry permit
Taiwan entry permit: Taiwan entry permit of the Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as Taiwan entry permit). This is the main certificate required when entering and leaving Taiwan, boarding and boarding. Application for entry permit requires the opening of the city, registered residence, age and other conditions. Besides students, financial certification is required.
Where to apply for Taiwan entry permit:

How do students from non Taiwan free travel cities apply for Taiwan entry permit
Students over the age of 18, but between the ages of 18 and 20, their parents need to sign a consent form. The 47 mainland open city students who have free access to the city's registered residence can apply for free travel to Taiwan.
