When an employee changes his work unit, the housing provident fund under the name of the original unit shall be transferred to the provident fund account of the newly transferred unit, and the provident fund account under the name of the original unit shall be cancelled accordingly.
2、 Handling procedures for the transfer of housing provident fund
Internal transfer (transfer between Hefei housing provident fund management departments)
1. The employee shall open a provident fund account in the collection department of the newly transferred unit and provide the 'certificate of housing provident fund transfer account opening'.
2. The transfer out unit shall fill in a quadruplicate 'notice of housing provident fund transfer' according to the book balance of the employee's housing provident fund sub account, and send it to the collection department for transfer procedures. When filling in the 'housing provident fund transfer notice', pay attention to the following contents: the full name of the transfer in and transfer out unit, the unit number and the collection department to which it belongs; The name and number of the transferred out employee shall be consistent with that filled in the unit's remittance list; The transferred amount is the book balance of the employee's account; Signature (seal left in the collection department).
3、 Sealing of housing provident fund
If an employee interrupts the payment of housing provident fund due to resignation, suspension of salary and other reasons, and the employee has transferred his work unit and the new unit has not established housing provident fund or has not opened provident fund account in the transferred unit, the balance of the employee's housing provident fund shall be sealed in the housing provident fund account of the original unit. Interest shall be calculated according to regulations during sealing.
