4、 How to handle the real estate certificate?
The real estate certificate shall be handled by the real estate registration authority of the people's government at the county level where the real estate is located. The people's Government of a municipality directly under the central government or a city divided into districts may determine the real estate registration authority at the same level to handle the real estate registration of all districts. The real estate registration across administrative regions shall be handled by the real estate registration institutions across administrative regions respectively.
