At the same time of lowering the threshold of settlement, Wuhan police also adjusted the authority to handle a number of household transfer matters. Among them, those involving the settlement of integral points in the central urban area, the settlement of graduates from colleges and secondary schools of employment and entrepreneurship in Han, and the settlement of civil servants and career staff can be directly handled in the household registration window of each branch of Wuhan Public Security Bureau, without the approval of municipal public security organs.
