Can you leave the hospital on the day of natural birth? Can natural labor recover so quickly?

Yesterday, Huo Qigang announced on his microblog that his wife Guo Jingjing gave birth to a second daughter. The mother and daughter are safe, and the son kisses his newborn sister. The picture is very warm. It is reported that Guo Jingjing has been discharged from the hospital accompanied by her husband Huo Qigang. The loving Jinggang couple have both children. The whole family is very happy. Is it really safe for pregnant women to go home after three hours of natural labor?

1. Natural labor, maternal vaginal bleeding is normal, no abdominal pain and other symptoms, children are also healthy, generally the same day can be discharged.

2. If there is episiotomy or lacerated wound suture need dressing change disinfection. Should stay in hospital observation, the situation is stable 3-4 days can be discharged.

3. Cesarean section, generally the earliest 72 hours after discharge. In special cases, the length of stay can be extended to 7 days.

No matter whether they stay in hospital or not, mothers who give birth naturally should not take it lightly

1. Keep the wound clean and dry after natural labor. The hospital will have perfect cleaning measures within 3 days after operation, and use more disinfectant lotion to wash vulva.

2. After 3 days of natural delivery or discharge, the puerpera should wash their vulva with water or lotion every day. If possible, it's best to do it twice a day.

3. Choose safe sanitary products and replace them in time to keep the vulva dry.

4. After toilet flushing, the puerpera should use water to flush the perineum after defecation, just like wiping it with toilet paper, from front to back, so as to avoid bacterial infection.

5. When sleeping or lying in bed, it is better to lie on the side without perineal wound to reduce the chance of lochia flowing into perineal wound.

6. Don't lift heavy things. Postpartum 1 month do not lift heavy objects, do not do any physical exertion of housework and exercise. Any premature and excessive physical activity may cause pelvic floor tissue damage, and even cause uterine prolapse after aging.
