Reading accompanies my growth

Gorky once said: 'books are the ladder of human progress. 'I grew up with books like my inseparable friends.

When I was a child, I had formed the good habit of "listening to stories every day". My mother also sold me books such as "children's stories", "children's bedtime stories" and so on. Listening to my mother read or tell stories became my happiest time every day. The required course before going to bed was the biggest magic weapon for my mother to deal with my crying.

When I went to school, I had a new weapon - learning Pinyin literacy, so my mother bought me four famous Pinyin versions of children's books: Journey to the west, outlaws of the marsh, romance of the Three Kingdoms, dream of the red chamber, little story, great truth, idiom story and so on. Although at the beginning, I studied hard and slowly, but the beautiful plot in the story was deeply absorbed. I persisted, persisted, and then I could read it very skillfully and smoothly. As long as I have free time, I will plunge into the stacks of books, not listen to things outside the window, enjoy my own time, sometimes even to the extent of obsession. I remember once, when it was time to eat, my mother asked me who was reading a book in the room to go to dinner. When I called several times, I couldn't see any response. When I came to the room, I was looking at a book with interest. My mother nodded my head and said, "you're going to be a nerd. I think you'll be hungry for bean sprouts sooner or later. 'my mother's words made me laugh.

In my room, there are two big bookcases, which are full of books, from small, thin comics to large, thick encyclopedias. How many times have you been sleeping with a book, and how many times have you been alone at home, quietly immersed in the ocean of books, where you can roam, roam, and wander back and forth. When I read the happy place, I can't help dancing with my hands and smiling with a happy face; when I read the sad place, I will shed tears and be sad. I can't help laughing when I read the humorous part, and I think it's wonderful; when I read the profound part, I always frown and ponder; when I read the beautiful words, I will write excerpts and taste them carefully. The book is like an old man full of wisdom, constantly enlightening me, and a sincere friend, talking with me face to face.

Books are my good teachers and friends. Reading makes me improve my writing level, and reading accompanies my growth.
