Six acupoints are the most commonly used for acupoint health care

In the different methods of traditional Chinese medicine health care, such as cupping of meridians and acupoints, the method is a common method for people to dredge meridians and activate blood circulation. Generally speaking, when people take acupoint method according to their own situation, they should understand the location of the six acupoints which are often used.

1、 Zusanli

Zusanli is one of the health acupoints of human body, which was called "acupoint" by the ancients. The meridian theory of Zusanli has been confirmed by a large number of modern research institutes. Zusanli can regulate the function of cerebral cortex, promote cardiovascular function, gastrointestinal peristalsis function, internal differentiation function and immune system. 2、 Shenque

3、 Yongquan

Yongquan acupoint is a acupoint of Shaoyin meridian. Its location lies in the palm of people's feet. Some moisture in the body often gathers under the feet, which is not easy to be discharged. It accumulates over time, blocks the meridians, or spreads to other parts of the body with the meridians, causing many diseases. Yongquan point cupping can discharge the dampness, poison and turbid Qi in the body, dredge the meridian qi of foot Shaoyin kidney channel. 6、 Baihui

It has a significant lifting effect and a special effect on organ ptosis. This acupoint cupping often needs haircut, otherwise the sealing effect is not good, affecting the curative effect.

Baihui Point is located at the intersection of the line between the head midline and the two ear tips. Its function is to calm the liver and wind, clear away heat and resuscitation, promote Yang and Qi, refresh the brain and tranquilize the mind.

As mentioned above, six acupoints, Baihui, Beishu, Sanyinjiao, Yongquan, Shenque and Zusanli, are the most commonly used acupoints in traditional Chinese medicine cupping meridians and acupoint method. When taking measures for different acupoints, their functions and effects are different.
