Woluotai is about 1 meter high and 4 meters square. In the center stands two memorial archways about 6 meters high. At the top of the archway, there is a huge woodcut bow and arrow with strings in the center, which means that the ancestor of mankind, zhapama, shot down the false sun of the demon Lamang with this divine arrow. The top of the left archway is painted with a shining sun, and the top of the right archway is painted with a bright moon and blue sky.
Under the sun and moon, various color patterns of Achang women's clothes are drawn, which means the Dragon clothes and Phoenix skirts woven by zhemima for Achang people. The festival has developed from commemorating the ancestors of mankind, the Heavenly Mother shepama and shemima, reorganizing heaven and earth, eliminating harm for the people and benefiting mankind, to praising the party, socialism and the happy life of Achang people.
