Scientists say dreams can be created in the future

Time magazine's website published an article titled "the deeper the night, the more strange the dream" on September 18, saying that as the night gets deeper, the dream will become more and more strange.

The new small study was published in the journal dream, the paper said. The researchers equipped 16 people with sleep monitoring eyelid sensors and head sensors on two nights, then woke them up at four different time points at night and asked them what dreams they had. In the morning, ask them to listen to their dreams and answer relevant questions, such as what does the dream have to do with their waking life.

"We find that dreams are becoming more and more bizarre from the beginning of the night to the end of the night," said Josie millinofsky, a lecturer in cognitive psychology at the University of Bedfordshire in the UK who participated in the study. 'she said that the later the dream is, the more absurd it is, the less likely it is to happen in reality,' for example, wild animals spoil your back garden. 'as the night gets deeper and deeper, dreams become more emotional - both positive and negative.

In the early days of sleep, people dream more about the media they contact during the day, such as watching movies or reading books. And dreams about waking up when things happen are mostly in the latter half of the night.

Some dream researchers, including Dr. Malinowski, believe that we can "nurture dreams" to let the brain dream about a problem, which may help us solve the problem. Malinowski says studying these dreams helps people understand their behaviors, thoughts and feelings.

Josie & middot Malinowski tried to make people pay more attention to dream therapy through her own research. She told time: 'people really like to dream. Dreams are like safe spaces. Because some dreams are so strange that people think they haven't had them. But that's a safe way to learn about yourself. '
