How to maintain moss micro landscape

Moss micro landscape is very popular now. There are a variety of finished ecological bottles on the market. You can also choose to buy your own materials to do it. You may have raised a lot of plants, but you are totally unfamiliar with bryophytes. In fact, bryophytes are very easy to maintain. As long as you understand the maintenance points, you can succeed. Let's take a look at how to raise moss micro landscape!

1、 Daily nursing for moss micro landscape. In the maintenance process, be good at observing, summing up experience, and mastering the methods suitable for themselves. Every small life needs to be cared and experienced carefully. As long as you put in love, it is not difficult to cultivate moss well. Generally speaking, the daily maintenance of moss micro landscape is very easy.

1. Light: bryophytes are shade plants, and they do not have such a strong demand for light. They can be placed indoors to receive the bright scattered light throughout the day, or sun in the morning and evening, or even turn on the lamp for a few hours to meet the demand. But it must be noted that it must not be exposed in the sun at noon.

2. Water: moss is a plant that absorbs water directly from the leaf surface. When watering, moss sprays on the leaf surface, and other plants spray soil on the surface, so as to prevent other plants from rotten leaves. Although mosses like to be wet, they can get sick if they are watered too much, so they should be watered properly. Daily maintenance would rather be dry than too wet. The natural dry and dormant moss can recover after soaking in water, but the moss that is wet for a long time is easy to be damaged once the temperature is not suitable. If the blade is stained with water and pasted on the glass inner wall, separate the two, otherwise the leaf will rot and stick to the glass inner wall.

3. Temperature: most areas in China are suitable for the growth of bryophytes, and the optimum temperature is between 5 ℃ and 28 ℃.

4. Soil: Although moss in micro landscape has no requirements for soil, it is recommended to use special culture soil because it is not easy to mold.

5. Ventilation: if it is a sealed glass bottle, it is recommended to open the lid for several hours every day to let the plants breathe through and increase the air circulation.

2、 If it is not properly maintained, some diseases of moss will appear

1. Whitening: it is usually too little watering, or the open environment is too dry, just need to replenish water in time.

2. Yellowing: there are many reasons for the yellowing of bryophytes. Generally, the light conditions are not suitable, the soil is not suitable for the growth of bryophytes, or the air quality in the open environment is not good.

3. Blackening: usually due to too much watering, moss roots soak in water for a long time, and begin to turn black and rot. At this time, the watering should be stopped and placed in a cool and ventilated place. If the water content is still too much, the micro landscape should be slightly tilted, and then the excess water will be sucked away with paper towel or absorbent cloth.

4. Mold growth on the surface: this situation is generally due to poor ventilation. If it is not particularly serious, it should be placed in a cool and ventilated place, sprayed with multi bacteria reagent and sterilized by the sun in the morning and evening; if it is serious, soil replacement is required.
