Bean curd with gourd

Ingredients: 400g ladybug, 100g tofu.

Seasoning: lard, refined salt, monosodium glutamate.

Practice:

1. Remove the roots and old leaves of the ladybug, wash it, slice the tofu, scald it in boiling water, remove and cool it.

2. When the oil in the wok is 70% hot, put the ladybug, add refined salt and stir fry for several times, then put the tofu into the wok, add monosodium glutamate, and pour the clear oil into the wok.

It's called Ladybug dish in Sichuan, but I don't know if it's available in other provinces. In winter, the leaves are thick and the stems need to be torn.

Braised vegetables with floating vegetables

Ingredients: ladybug, ginger, salt, monosodium glutamate, edible oil

Practice:

1. Clean the ladybug, cut it into sections and prepare the boiling water in the pot, then put the ladybug into the pot and cook it soft.

2. Remove, drain and stir fry ginger into small pieces.

3. Put in the ladybug, stir fry it, put in salt and monosodium glutamate, and get out of the pot.
