Sweet potato

Sweet potato and lion's head

Raw materials: one bean potato (two for small ones), one jin of minced meat (two bags of minced meat for cooperative), a little chopped green onion and ginger. 1 tablespoon for salt, 1 tablespoon for sugar, 1 tablespoon for sesame oil, 1 tablespoon for Taibai powder water, and 2 tablespoons for soy sauce (salty and light flavors can be increased or decreased according to your preference)

Practice:

1. Dice the sweet potato and mix in the minced meat. Mix the minced onion and ginger with the seasoning. Let stand for 10 minutes to make it taste good.

2. Heat the oil to 8 points (cold oil will touch the pot), make meatballs out of the materials, fry them for about 4 minutes to make the skin yellow, drain the oil from the meatballs, and make them into sweet potato and lion's head (you can also use a little oil to make meatballs and fry them).

3. The prepared lion's head can be served with pickled cabbage or braised in brown sauce. If the amount is too much at one time, it can be sub contracted and frozen. It can be taken out at any time for cooking. It's convenient and delicious. It's a kind of instant food that has been steamed and does not change its taste.

Sweet potato gruel

Raw materials: 100g of Japonica rice, 200g of Doushu, 15g of white sugar

1. Rinse the sweet potato, tear off the skin and cut into small pieces.

2. Clean the rice, soak it in cold water for half an hour, remove and drain the water.

3. Add cold water, japonica rice and sweet potato into the pot, boil it over high heat, then cook it over low heat until it is congee, then add sugar to taste.

Spicy fried shrub

Ingredients: white pepper, chicken essence, salt, Sarge, chili powder, oil

Practice:

1. Maybe TX hasn't seen this thing, or some supermarkets don't often sell it, so take pictures of it without peeling and boiling.

2. Peeled and sliced.

3. It's easy to make. First stir fry the hot pepper powder in the pot, then stir fry the sarge together. Put salt and chicken essence seasoning. I also put less white pepper.
