Laba garlic
Materials: if the garlic is dry, a bottle of vinegar (Shanxi vinegar or Zhenjiang vinegar is the best).
Practice:
1. At the winter solstice, or on the eighth day of the first month of the twelfth lunar month. Peel the garlic and cut off the garlic. Then put the garlic in a jar or bottle that can be sealed.
2. Pour in the vinegar until the garlic is gone.
3. Seal the container and place it in a cool place. After 7 & ndash; 10 days, garlic can be eaten after it turns green.
