Two delicious appetizers -- Korean pickled radish

Materials: 1 white radish, a little salt, a proper amount of green onion (with green onion or shallot), a small piece of ginger, three or four cloves of garlic, a proper amount of Korean chili sauce

Seasonings: proper amount of white sugar, pear shreds, chili powder, 1-2 spoons of fish sauce.

Stewed white radish with mutton

Materials: white radish, mutton, ginger, onion, cooking wine, salt
